  • Conducted a card sorting study using an online platform where users matched subcategories to existing navigation categories by dragging and dropping items.

  • Identify the most intuitive information architecture. Designed a blank sitemap framework for users to intuitively assign category names based on the existing site structure.

  • Creating surveys to send to online research panel for general feedback about sitemap’s navigability & content accessibility.

  • UX & Systems Design Drove end-to-end design work, from user flows to interface components, and built a scalable component library in Figma using variables.

    User Research & Insight Development Led qualitative research through interviews and focus groups, translating findings into strategic recommendations for future event experiences.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product stakeholders to deliver and refine key components of the user experience across multiple initiatives. Led end-to-end efforts on:

    • Cart & Checkout Redesign: Partnered with the Cart & Checkout team to ideate and iterate on new page layouts in Figma, aligning with leadership's directive for a comprehensive style overhaul.

    • Design System Initiatives: Defined global color token naming conventions and values, aligned brand theme tokens, and delivered updated badge components with accessibility compliance and documentation for handoff.

    • DS Branding & Logo: Developed approved iterations of a new design system logo and compiled them into a brand book.

    • Homepage Mobile: Continued development of responsive mobile pages in preparation for stakeholder review.

  • Led strategic brand development, creative execution, cross-functional teamwork, and user-centered product design for authenticated small business home page. Created an intuitive interface tailored to the needs of small business users. Collaborated closely with developers and product managers to revamp the VSB self-serve home page. Additionally, refreshed and standardized Fluent iconography and streamlined asset organization within the AEM file structure. Led strategic brand development, creative execution, cross-functional teamwork, and user-centered product design.

  • Led brand imagery across external marketing and internal communications. Collaborated with engagement, growth, and performance marketing teams on outreach materials including digital ads, email campaigns, and social media. Produced key visuals spanning illustration, motion, editorial, and light 3D design. Spearheaded soft launch of brand refresh, including style testing and color palette redesign. Delivered weekly assets for digital ads, email, and organic social.
